Yes — we operate 7 days a week. Weekend and public holiday rates may apply for certain bookings.

Our estimates cover the full job. We'll advise upfront if there are any factors that might affect pricing, such as difficult access, multiple floor lifts, or long carry distances.
Yes — transit insurance is included with every move at no additional cost. We also use heavy-duty furniture blankets and protective wrapping on every job.

We recommend having your boxes packed and sealed before we arrive. Label boxes with their destination room to help us place everything faster. Disassemble flat-pack furniture if possible — or ask us and we'll advise.
Yes — we require someone present at both pick-up and drop-off to confirm items and sign off on delivery.
We take exceptional care with every item, but in the unlikely event of damage, our transit insurance covers you. Contact us straight away and we'll work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Absolutely. Our LDV high-roof van is purpose-built for urban moves, including large furniture, white goods, and items requiring careful manoeuvring through tight spaces.

We operate a purpose-built LDV Deliver 9 high-roof van — one of the most capable urban removalist vehicles available. It fits into CBD loading docks and Inner West laneways where larger trucks simply can't go.
Yes — we supply furniture blankets and protective wrap as standard. We also offer packing boxes, bubble wrap, and other supplies. Ask us when you book.
